She was born in Izmir and completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Psychology. After graduation, she lived in the USA for about 2 years, made clinical observations and completed her language education. After returning to Turkey, she started to work as a Human Resources specialist at Deka Surface Technologies in the corporate field. She started her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Gelişim University in 2019. She earned her expertise by giving her thesis named 'Examination of the Relationship Between Self-Stigma and Perceived Emotional Abuse in Adult Obese Individuals and the Level of Anxiety and Depression'. Afterwards, she opened her own consultancy office and currently provides Psychological and Institutional consultancy services.
