Expert Psychological Counselor Aybala Ceylin Gürpınar graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department as the second in her undergraduate education and graduated with a high honor degree. Later, she completed her master's degree in the same discipline at Izmir Dokuz Eylul University with a grade point average of 4.00 and received her specialization degree in 2021. Within the scope of her master's thesis, she examined the effect of mindfulness and cognitive flexibility on mental symptoms. She has done counseling with individuals, career counseling and solution-oriented counseling under supervision during both undergraduate and graduate education. She is currently working as a school counselor in a private institution and continues her online counseling sessions. She offers support to the solution of the problems that individuals experience in the areas of social, emotional, academic and career development. In addition to her psychological counseling studies, she also continues her scientific studies. There are articles and papers published in national and international platforms on mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, psychological symptoms, career counseling and multicultural counseling.
